What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges.  Please read our "About Vintage Rugs" page by clicking the link before purchasing.

What kind of shipping and local pick up do you offer?
Shipping charges are viewable during check out process. Put item(s) in cart to view.  We ship out quickly via UPS Ground within 2 days after order is submitted.

 

A delivery signature will be required on all packages over a $250 value due to increased risk of package theft.

You will receive UPS tracking info as soon as it becomes available.  We ship only domestically in the USA.

FREE LOCAL PICK UP is available at 131 W 1st Street, Elmhurst, Illinois at our retail location and this option is available by clicking on "Pick Up" the drop down menu at the shipping cost in the check out page.
