Gorgeous earthy semi-antique Persian Hamadan with a sophisticated palette.  The medallion is in a dusty blue grey, a smokey muted lavender, along with the border and smaller motifs and design elements.  This is a somewhat rare type coloration and very desirable in these pieces. The field is charcoal and muted shades of brown.  The corners and border and in design elements throughout are muted terracotta, deep terracotta, peach, muted gold, and there are doses of dark jungle green throughout this rug. Awesome color story!  There is a slight patina of desirable vintage wear on this piece, which is full of character and history.  Outstanding rug.
