What a pretty pretty vintage room rug! Sofffft wool and the subtle luster is sooo good.  Photographing her is a bit tricky because as one steps around she has many moods.  Standing at one end she is paler and the last photo in the slides shows her darker moody view attributed to the way the dense fuller pile lays down.. No matter the angle she is grrreat.  There are some areas of perfect authentic subtle vintage wear and a well done repair to remind us of her age and story. She has the most lovely artful ombre-gradient otherwise know as abrash. Her colors are soft peach and apricot, khaki, deep olive, pale brown, sky blue, grassy green, muted terracotta, sunny soft yellow, and ivory. The deeper view from the opposite end has colors that present as pumpkin, camel, medium brown, olive brown, and oatmeal. Gorgeous medallion and border and corners. As always, handknotted and one of a kind.
