Ooofff! Insanely beautiful semi-antique Persian rug! That medallion is mesmerizing! This rug is of the most wonderful quality, beautifully handknotted soft thick wool pile. She has a bit of delightful vintage wear, giving her that desirable patina. What a beautiful floral pattern. Her colors are so lovely, the tangerine and pumpkin is surrounded by navy blue, sky blue, and medium blue, with a soft tonal rosy red, beautiful green, camel, and saffron yellow. The fading of the rosy red gives her a painterly appearance. We just sigh over this piece of floor art. Spectacular.
