This fab piece is a rare vintage Persian Malayar.  Let's start with the incredible saturated coloration! THE MOST juicy citrusy orange everrr, with that vibrant turquoise and then the camel and ivory.  Now for that abrash creating a layered sunset effect in this orange open field.  The refined design of the borders, corners and medallions are free to be fully appreciated in this design. This rug is so very soft, thick and densely handknotted. Incredible piece, and once again, I say, we are so lucky to have been able to source this special vintage rug!
